PAST PROJECTS

LARKIN ON MEMORIAL

63,000+ square foot mixed-use retail and restaurant development on Memorial Drive in Grant Park/Ormond Park—designed as a true neighborhood hub with daily-needs tenants and thoughtful, community-serving concepts. As part of the core team from planning through development and full lease-up at Paces Properties, Laura helped shape the merchandising strategy, tenant mix, and was head of leasing resulting in long-term stability of the project.

Anchored by Grant Park Market, Primrose Schools and Ace Hardware, and still truly embodies what it was supposed to be: a true neighborhood center with easy access and viable, sustainable tenant mix.

Larkin on Memorial was recognized with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Award for Excellence in Adaptive Reuse as part of the broader Memorial Drive revitalization, celebrating its contribution to walkability, neighborhood cohesion, and placemaking along Atlanta’s east side.

atlanta dairies

A 10-acre adaptive-reuse entertainment district on Memorial Drive, reimagined from the historic 1940s dairy plant into a modern mix of music, food, and creative retail. Laura was part of the early planning, development strategy, and merchandising team—working closely with architects, designers, and ownership to shape the project’s vision, integration with The Eastern Music venue, and ground-floor flow. Her work focused heavily on concept curation, brand positioning, and ensuring the district balanced neighborhood needs with destination-worthy experiences.
